Data Center Technician

We are currently expanding our production operations team and are looking for individuals that have the right skill sets. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal IT support teams and resources in other departments within the business. This is a position with significant operational responsibilities and will require a detail‑oriented individual able to follow complex technical instructions.

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 Years working in an enterprise Data center
• Manage Work and Priorities through ticketing system and coordinate with Data Center Manager
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and component replacement

Participate in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours support as needed

• Generate standard operation procedure
• Exhibits good communications and writing skills
