Overview
This leader sets the standard for integrity, accountability, and teamwork, and is expected to actively engage with staff, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain best in class data center operations.
Core Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a strong safety culture across all facility operations.
Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team including technicians, engineers, subject matter experts, and first line leaders.
Ensure continuous availability and reliability of all critical systems, meeting or exceeding customer SLAs.
