Job Description
Mission-Critical Uptime: Oversee the end-to-end operation, preventive maintenance, and emergency response for critical site infrastructure, including electrical systems (high/low voltage power distribution, UPS, diesel generators, etc.) or HVAC systems (chillers, precision air conditioners, BA control systems, etc.). Guarantee 99.99%+ availability and strict SLA compliance.
Operational Excellence and Improvement: Lead the development and implementation of SOPs, maintenance plans, and emergency response plans to ensure site resilience. Drive continuous improvement of key metrics, specifically PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness).
Safety & Risk Governance: Serve as the site lead for safety and compliance. Proactively identify and remediate risks in electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems. Ensure 100% adherence to local regulations and corporate EHS standards.
