Job Description

Job Summary
The Foreman is a key member of the operations team and plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects within an assigned site. This position requires strong leadership, operational oversight, customer engagement, and team development skills. The Foreman is responsible for coordinating crews, managing daily activities, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with quality and customer standards.


Job Responsibilities


  • Support the delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects within an assigned site.




  • Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and oversight to multiple field crews.




  • Manage operational activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.




  • Coordinate installation activities related to cabling systems and rack infrastructure.




  • Ensure quality standards and installation best practices are consistently followed.




  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to support project expectations and requirements.




  • Oversee workforce performance, productivity, and adherence to safety requirements.




  • Support team development through guidance, coaching, and leadership in the field.


  • Job Requirements


  • Minimum of five years of experience in the installation of standard cabling technologies and rack infrastructure.




  • Proven experience managing large-scale build projects, preferably in data center environments.




  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple crews simultaneously.




  • Deep understanding of infrastructure builds and associated components.




  • Strong working knowledge of copper and fiber installations, including terminations, certifications, and troubleshooting.




  • Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
