Data Center IT Manager-Finland

Responsibilities

• Daily O&M: Responsible for the O&M management of data center server hardware and network equipment. Develop and execute IT O&M strategies and plans to ensure stability. Ensure metrics such as timely repair rate and risk closure rate meet targets. Standardize operations and ensure work orders comply with SLA requirements.
• Safety & Compliance: Promote safe and compliant data center operations. Identify risks and establish management mechanisms to prevent major liability accidents.
• Optimization & Improvement: Optimize O&M processes and energy efficiency management. Develop O&M policies and emergency response plans to enhance the operational stability of IT equipment.
• Technical Support: Provide IT tools to optimize troubleshooting efficiency. Identify critical issues with networks, servers, etc., and resolve on-site technical problems to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
