• Practical experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Certifications such as CCNP, VCP, AWS Practitioner (or willingness to achieve them).
• Deep understanding of L2/L3 protocols: VPC, PC, STP, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
