Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, enforcing safety policies, and managing a team. Candidates should have a diploma in a related field, at least 1 year of experience in data center operations, and preferably Mandarin proficiency. This role requires the ability to handle 24/7 shift rotations and work under pressure.
