AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to keep the cloud running. The role ensures overall availability and reliability of data center operations and involves leading teams in hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and on‑call rotation.

Effective May 15, 2017, logical access to the AWS GovCloud region will be restricted to Amazon employees who are U.S. citizens. (GovCloud may NOT be accessed from outside of the United States)

This is a night shift position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 pm–5:00 am, and includes periodic on‑call manager responsibilities outside of standard working hours.
