Key Responsibilities

• Engage in physical data center activities, including planning and tracking capacity, rack deployment, rack cabling, hardware and software troubleshooting, and rack decommissioning.
• Maintain system reliability by prioritising and resolving trouble tickets efficiently.
• Technical troubleshooting across platforms: Linux, XEN virtualization, network, power, and mechanical systems.
