Data Center Operator
Penmac Staffing is hiring Data Center Operators for a global technology brand in Kansas City, MO. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals looking for steady work and long-term growth. Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, multiple shifts available:
  • 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
    • Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
    Type: Temp-to-Hire

    Requirements for Data Center Operators

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety rules, and procedures
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented with clear communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as business needs change
