Job Description
Pay Range: $55.00 to $60.00/Hour
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Construction Management, Engineering or other related discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 5 years’experience in the construction industry in management or leadership role. Experience overseeing and managing large structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects highly preferred.
Experienced in managing all contracting and project delivery methods - lump sum / fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit price / rate*** design-build, time and material.
Preferred professional certifications:
OSHA-30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment)
BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
