These are your detailed responsibilities:Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers, with focus on Data Center Solutions and Lenovo 360Identifying potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as utilizing your existing networkDeveloping mid-/long term territory plans that are in accordance with the above and the forecasted sales targetsDrive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed salesQualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and salesConsult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periodsCultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customersWork with internal functions like technical sales teams, marketing or the delivery teamProvide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offeringsWhat you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:3- 5 years of previous sales experience within the IT or related industries (infrastructure solutions, software or services experience is an advantage).Understanding of the core technologies, industry trends, and workloads shaping the Data Center market including Cloud, Converged Systems, and Analytics.Knowledge of MS Office and sales CRM solutions (MS Dynamics) but also use interactive tools including chat, forums, E-Mail, monitoring and other web based social media to exceed customer expectations.Entrepreneurial mind-set with self-starting capability – can-do attitude with a high level of self-motivationFluent in German and English languageWhat We Offer:Employee Share Purchase Plan Employee Assistance Program, for health, legal & financial consultancy Pension Plan Meal Allowance / Lunch Vouchers Internal E-learning Development Platform Available for Employees Specialized Development Trainings (based on nomination process) Employees Groups (LGBT+, WILL, etc.) Opportunity to Join/Create Employees Groups (inclusivity, well-being, sports, volunteering, charity, etc.) Job Rad (Bike Leasing) Mobile phone + 3 Sim Cards for Mobile Working Do you want to know about Lenovo's culture?
