Job Summary:
FieldLink is hiring a Data Center Superintendent to lead critical infrastructure build-outs within enterprise and hyperscale data center environments. This role provides hands-on supervision of structured cabling installations, ensures quality control and safety compliance, and manages field teams to meet technical, budgetary, and timeline objectives. Ideal candidates bring deep experience in structured cabling systems and proven leadership in data center or mission-critical environments.

Project Oversight & Execution
  • Lead daily field operations for multiple structured cabling and low voltage projects in active data center environments
  • Review and interpret project blueprints, installation plans, and scope documents
  • Oversee quality assurance on installation practices aligned with BICSI and industry standards
