**Data Center - Technical Support Services Consultant**

**FTE w/Benefits**

**Santa Clara, CA - PST hours**

Technical support services working in Client-s Data Center
technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform equipmentinstallations - compute, network, storage, racks, PDUs, cabling, etc.
+ Closely monitorinfrastructure to prevent failures and service degradation
+ Assist in thediagnosing, troubleshooting, and escalating any problems internally andexternally.
+ Work with otherOperations teams on troubleshooting and resolution of problems includinghardware failures and physical connectivity problems.
+ Communicate andcoordinate with remote hands in remote datacenters
+ Maintain impeccabledocumentation around our datacenter configuration
+ Set standards ofexcellence for all datacenter operations
+ Maintain assetinventory - both installed and spares
+ Perform all shippingand receiving duties including RMA activities<...
