Our Data Center Technical Trainee Program is a comprehensive 6-12 month development plan designed to cultivate the next generation of data center operations experts. As a trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to rotate across our various data center sites located across Malaysia. Through structured on‑job training, mentorship, and classroom learning, you will gain holistic knowledge of data center technology and operations, laying a solid foundation for a successful career as a well‑rounded data center professional.
