Data Center Technician

Eram Talent is currently looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Data Center Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Data Center Technician perform 24x7 shifts for Data Centers and handle incidents to ensure safety requirements are met.

• Operate and support Data Center facilities on a 24x7 shift basis, ensuring safety and uptime.
• Perform racking, de-racking, and physical installation of servers, network devices, power, KVM, and cabling.
• Handle copper and fiber cabling in compliance with TIA-942 standards.
• Monitor and record environmental and facility systems including power, HVAC, fire detection/suppression, temperature, and humidity.
• Perform break/fix support for Windows and Linux servers in coordination with system owners and hardware vendors.
• Conduct basic OS installation and server configuration.
