**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ Experience with hardware and operating systems (e.g., Linux), and networking protocols.
+ Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting or with computer and server hardware.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems.
+ Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to resolve issues.
