Job Description
Install, troubleshoot, and replace server components including drives, memory, power supplies, and system boards.Perform diagnostics on failed hardware and document findings.Execute physical racking, stacking, and cabling of equipment following standards.Assist with network device installation and basic connectivity checks.Respond to support tickets and incident alerts within defined SLAs.Conduct routine data center walkthroughs to identify issues such as alarms, environmental irregularities, or hardware failures.Monitor and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and consumables.Support preventive maintenance activities on electrical and mechanical systems under supervision.Follow all physical security protocols, including access control and visitor esc...
