We are seeking an experienced a Data Center Technician with 1-5+ years of leadership or management experience in a data center environment. This role oversees a team consisting of:
+ Five Level 2 Technicians
+ Five Level 3 Technicians
+ Other roles coming
The team is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting large‑scale GPU deployments within an enterprise data center, ensuring high availability, operational excellence, and adherence to strict technical and procedural standards.
Summary of Responsibilities
The Lead Technician will guide and participate in day‑to‑day data center operations, including:
+ Decommissioning Activities
+ Remove network cables and associated hardware as part of structured decommission workflows.
+ Perform DBD (Device-Based Decommission) removal tasks (no scanning required).
