**Data Center Technician - Technical IT**
**Location:** Leesburg, VA
**Pay Range:** **$23/hr.-$26/hour**
**Shift:** Night Shift A: 12-hours, 7 PM - 7 AM on Thursday - Saturday & every other Wednesday

**What's the Job?**
• Prepare, stage, set up, and perform startups and shutdowns of IT equipment, following specific instructions and safety protocols.
• Conduct post-execution quality checks to ensure proper grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, quickly identifying causes and performing break-fix repairs on faulty components.
• Decommission hardware for system refreshes, including memory upgrades and OS rebuilds.
• Monitor systems for equipment failures or errors and respond to program error messages effective...
