Data Centre Engineer

You will play a key role in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing all aspects of the data centre's physical environment, ensuring uptime, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain all data centre facilities infrastructure, including UPS, power systems, cooling, temperature and humidity controls, and water detection sensors.
• Ensure supporting systems such as Environment Monitoring Systems (EMS), Access Control Systems, and Electronic Visitation Management System are fully operational.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely support for customers.
• Conduct maintenance activities, shutdowns, and upgrades, following established SOPs, MOPs, and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports on DC facilities operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
