Job Description

In this position, you will:

  • Liaise with various parties such as planning, contractor, engineers, procurement for data center / aggregation exchange’s facility services and fitting out project
  • Lead Data Centre / Aggregation exchange projects: Work with Planning team, maintenance team and contractors to provide professional advice, technical and critical data analysis related to the overall system facility architecture
  • Prepare tender specifications, contracts, and drawings
  • Review and comment the contract documents submitted by contractors
  • Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and industry standards
  • Manage on-site services and on-site progress to ensure the projects are delivered on time
    • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
