This role combines technical depth in IT infrastructure with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building systems ensuring uptime, efficiency and sustainability targets are always met.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the data centre to ensure optimal uptime and system reliability
• Perform regular inspections of facility infrastructure including power, cooling and environmental systems
• Coordinate planned maintenance, incident response and emergency procedures to minimise downtime
• Monitor and report on PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) and implement energy-saving initiatives
