Data Concierge Lead

Role: Data Concierge Core Responsibilities & Purpose:Strategic Bridge: Act as the primary contact connecting business stakeholders with technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of incident/support tickets in OPS. Explain basic data flows, and they have understanding where issues can occur in an end to end data flow. Experience addressing data quality issues.Translation of Needs: effectively translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for our support engineers to communicate in English including initial incident triaging.Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships between non-technical business users and expert technical squads and conduct weekly/monthly SRE meeting across the products.
