Job Title: Rostering Coordinator (EdTech Support)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for a Rostering Coordinator to support EdTech platforms by managing and maintaining student, teacher, and class data . The role involves handling large datasets , supporting rostering integrations , and coordinating with global education teams to ensure accurate and timely data sync between school systems and learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain student, teacher, class, and enrollment data
• Handle high-volume data using Excel and CSV files
• Support rostering integrations using Clever, Edlink, OneRoster
• Troubleshoot data issues like missing records, incorrect mappings, or sync failures
• Coordinate with global (US/UK) stakeholders and school districts
• Track and resolve issues using Salesforce or CRM/ticketing tools
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth onboarding of institutions
• Provide operational and technical support to EdTech platforms

Must-Have Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in EdTech / SaaS / Data Operations / Support
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation)
• Experience handling large datasets / CSV files
• Hands-on exposure to Clever, Edlink, OneRoster, or SIS platforms
• Experience with Salesforce or any CRM / ticketing tool
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with global teams or night shift support

Good-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of OneRoster (CSV or API-based integrations)
• Exposure to SIS platforms (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward, etc.)
• Basic awareness of FERPA, SOC 2, GDPR
• Experience in EdTech implementations or onboarding
• Familiarity with data automation or validation tools
