About the Role

Supports the activities of the Ceremonies & Events department by providing accurate and consistent data reports and correspondence for the University's high-profile events using Blackbaud CRM and/or Access databases. Responds to event enquiries from alumni, donors, government partners, and internal/external stakeholders by phone and email. Researches and collects information, and develops mailing lists and reports for each event; processes event registrations and payments; and reconciles accounts following the events.
