The Role
Product Specialist / Data Coordinator
Should be able to explain to the client all the functionalities, how to use properly and respond any question from users.
Should generate monthly operational reports and dashboards, analyze them and be able to explain to our clients trends and opportunities; to improve operation, service and/or reduce cost of claims
What You’ll Do
- Review and ensure the correct execution of the Platform Modules operating on Insurance Companies.
- Keep close communication with our clients to ensure the correct configuration and operations.
- Learn and understand the data logic and interaction within platform modules, to complete configuration tasks as needed and install new providers, to boost transactions and invoicing.
- Deliver periodical reports to identify deviations and savings.
- Actively participate to ensure the correct execution of Concept Tests for prospected clients.
