Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Data Coordinator is responsible for collecting, validating, managing, and maintaining accurate and reliable data across enterprise systems and business functions. This role enables data-driven decision-making by ensuring data integrity, supporting reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Data Collection & Consolidation
- Coordinate data gathering from relevant departments (IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, PMO).
- Consolidate data from ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, Excel trackers, and BI dashboards.
- Maintain centralized data repositories ensuring version control, accessibility, and historical traceability.
2- Data Validation & Quality Assurance
- Perform data validation, cleansing, duplication checks, and standardized formatting.
- Track and resolve data discrepancies by working with data owners and functional leads.
- Maintain accuracy checks, data validation templates, and exception logs.
3- Reporting, Documentation & Analysis
- Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates using Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, or ERP extracts.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
4- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a liaison between IT, PMO, Business Units, and Functional Teams to coordinate data requirements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience of 2-5 years in data coordination, data management, PMO support, and reporting.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS/Fusion, ServiceNow.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ERP (Oracle preferred)
