Data Coordinator

Summary: As an integral member of the Data Management Team (DMT), the Data Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of program databases. Reporting directly to the Data Manager and the Assistant Data Manager, with additional guidance from the Borough Director, the Data Coordinator is responsible for tracking program discrepancies, managing databases, and identifying data trends that impact program outcomes. This role requires proactive collaboration with the Program Management Team to streamline processes, develop data-driven action plans, and ensure compliance with funder requirements. The Data Coordinator will oversee key data systems, including DYCD Connect, Salesforce, Cityspan, and EZReports, while also driving Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives to support organizational goals.
