About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Knowledge Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable biomedical knowledge graphs that connect data across the pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable biomedical knowledge graphs that connect data across the pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle.


• Model, ingest, and normalize data into semantic graph structures to ensure long-term maintainability.


• Buid SPARQL/GraphQL/REST services to make graph data accessible to downstream applications.


• Collaborate with NLP and AI teams to enable reasoning, RAG, and predictive features over knowledge graphs.
