Job Title: HR Data Analyst

This role plays a vital support function in advancing data-informed decision-making and ensuring that People Analytics initiatives align with organizational objectives.

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using tools such as Workday Dashboards, Power BI, and Excel to provide insights into workforce trends.


• Analyze workforce data to identify trends related to retention, engagement, productivity, and other HR metrics.


• Support the intake of analytics requirements from stakeholders within the organization. Ensure deliverables meet stakeholder needs by gathering documentation. Then prioritize these requests accordingly.
