Data-Driven Journey Architect

Job Description:

As a Technology Lead for Adobe Experience Cloud activation, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of our customer's experience platform across multiple touchpoints. This includes managing identity, schemas, datasets, ingestion, destinations, and audience suppression using AEP/RTCDP.

You will also own the orchestration of multi-step journeys with AJO, ensuring robust eligibility rules and error handling processes are in place. Additionally, you will align CJA data views to close performance loops by providing measurable KPI scorecards.

• Audience readiness and activation to native destinations must achieve delivery health success rate ≥ 99%
