Data-Driven Operations Specialist

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our DSP Capacity Planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building reports, conducting deep dive analysis, making changes to existing analytical frameworks, and providing ad-hoc data support to Ops stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scaled, automated dashboards to support business needs

• Provide data support for program manager projects and ad-hoc requests

• Continually improve ongoing reporting and processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for stakeholders

• Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes

• Collaborate with engineering teams and partner BIE teams to acquire new data from production systems or between databases
