Job Title: Business Insights Analyst

This role plays a vital part in advancing data-driven decision-making and ensuring that people analytics initiatives align with organizational objectives. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Insights Analyst.

• In this role, you will partner with HR business partners and leaders to deliver impactful workforce insights using tools like Workday Dashboards and Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, human resources analytics or related fields along with strong reporting and analytical skills. They should be proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills to effectively present their findings to various stakeholders.
