Responsibilities

• A Data Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into company databases or systems.
• This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work with large volumes of data. The Data Encoder ensures that all data is entered correctly, formatted properly, and is readily available for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
• Strong typing skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or data management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
