Required Skills:
Professionals with 7+ years of experience in product definition analyst or business analyst role.
Perform a thorough analysis of the system flow and assess the requirement by using the available tools and designing cases to understand the business requirements.
Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman, Soap UI etc.
Strong skills in creating sequence diagrams, UML, API specifications, ICDs, User-guides.
Strong skills in creating high-level and low-level solution designs.
Experience in Agile is preferred.
Actively participate with the development team and should be a team player.
Interface across functions during functional specification, testing and initial implementation phases as necessary.
Ensure delivery without gaps.
Should be well versed in English verbal and written communication skills.
Open-minded, should be able to adapt to working in a multi-cultural team atmosphere.
Flexible to adapt to changing project needs driven by the customers.
Ability to think out of the box, develop tools to enhance productivity.
Good to have:
Working knowledge in one programming language like C/C++, Java, Python, SQL will be good to have.
Prior experience working in the Travel domain in the capacity of a Business Analyst would be a plus.

- Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the company business and how it is related to own area.
- Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
- Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
Specific accountabilities:
You will:
Assess requirements
_ Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.
_ Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.
_ Size specification and validation work.
Carry out functional design
_ Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
_ Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other company applications and ensure functional compatibility.
Overview validation
_ Validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity and give sign-off.
_ Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating, and prioritizing reported incidents.
Manage relations with key stakeholders
_ Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration and Development teams.
_ Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and implementation phases.
