Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric

MassTech Digital | Growth Bench Position

We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong Microsoft Fabric and Purview expertise. You will build scalable data pipelines, implement Lakehouse architectures on OneLake, and establish data governance for enterprise clients.

  • Technical Skills Required (6-8 of the following): Fabric Lakehouse and OneLake for unified data storage
  • Data Factory pipelines and Dataflows Gen2 for ingestion
  • Fabric Data Warehouse and SQL analytics endpoints
  • Microsoft Purview: data catalog, lineage, and classifications
  • Eventstream and Real-Time Analytics for streaming workloads
  • Delta Lake tables and V-Order optimization in Fabric
  • Spark Notebooks with PySpark for transformations
  • Shortcuts and mirroring for external data integration
  • Experience: 3+ years in data engineering with at least 1 year on Fabric or Azure Synapse
  • Delivered 2+ Lakehouse implementations or large-scale pipeline projects
  • Clear communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation
