Data Engineer (Contract) - Abu Dhabi

We have partnered with a specialist UK-based buy‑side consultancy supporting a major investment management firm in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire an experienced Data Engineer on an initial 12-month contract.

This is a hands‑on engineering role sitting close to investment teams, quants and business users. You’ll be responsible for building and running the data pipelines that power analytics, reporting and downstream applications across front‑office and middle/back‑office functions.

You’ll work end‑to‑end ingesting market and investment data, modelling it in a modern lakehouse, and making it reliable, discoverable and production‑ready. The environment is fast‑moving and delivery‑focused: engineers are expected to design solutions, not wait for tickets.
