Data Engineer

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server development
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS )
• Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, or related services )
• Experience integrating data from various source systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Google BigQuery, Excel/CSV files , and API integrations.
• Expertise in writing complex T-SQL including stored procedures, functions, and views
• Deep understanding of SQL optimization techniques and performance tuning
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and managing enterprise-wide data integrations
• Proficiency in C# for developing custom data solutions and SSIS script tasks
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control and project management
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing principles, including dimensional modelling, SCD Type 2, and Lakehouse-based data architecture.
