WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• +4 to 7 years of experience in data engineering, preferably with exposure to data analysis
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation
• Proven experience with Databricks and cloud-based Data Lake / Data Mart architectures
• Experience developing OLAP cubes and analytical data models
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem , including Azure and Power BI
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Qlik
• Experience managing technical data projects and working in complex, international environments
• Fluent in English (B2/C1 level, written and spoken)
• Knowledge of telecom platforms like AVAYA and GENESYS is a plus

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Integrate data sources into the Data Lake to support internal and external reporting
• Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, orchestration workflows, and data flows between systems and reporting tools
• Enhance data quality, xugodme availability, and reliability across platforms
• Contribute to the standardization and convergence of KPI measurement methods across the organization
• Map, document, and validate data flows and KPI calculation methodologies across departments
• Collaborate closely with the Data Office to ensure compliance with data governance and development best practices
• Act as the main point of contact for data-related deliverables and dependencies
