Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 2 days/week in the office)

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

As a Software Engineer – Data & AI Platform, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and operating a scalable cloud environment that enables innovative data and AI solutions. Design and develop components of a sovereign Data & AI platform offered as a cloud service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Kubernetes operators to automate lifecycle management of cloud services.
  • Take full ownership in an agile team — You build it, you run it!
  • Perform in-depth root cause analyses and implement sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in cloud environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Golang.
  • Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes — ideally with cluster creation, advanced administration, or operator development.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Airflow, or Dremio is a plus.

A hybrid model that offers flexibility (remote‑first considered for exceptional candidates).
