The Role
As a Data Engineer team member, you will work in an Agile environment towards developing, operating, and designing components in the data layer. This will include data strategy, data lineage, data warehousing and storage, cloud architecture storage, optimization, Spark, Hive, Scala, Big Data, and a deep understanding of how data is stored and accessed in a modern environment.
Requirements
Proficient in at least one programming language. More is better, as is experienced with functional and object-oriented languages. For example Scala, Java, or Python.
