Job Description
You will report directly to our **Director of Data Engineering** and you’ll work out of our **Charlotte, NC** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet the organization's needs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle EPM solutions for Business Analysis and Planning (BAP) as well as Management Reporting teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Perform updates, data reconciliations, validations, data loads, and metadata management.
• Analyze and assess reasonableness of forecast assumptions and monthly/annual reporting data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide guidance and best practices for integrating EPM solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the Planning and Reporting systems.
• Leverage knowledge of organizational operations and business processes to deliver actionable insights in support of management and internal customers.
• Develop deep understanding of company hierarchies and how they work within BAP reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPI's).
• Support AOP, forecasting and month-end reporting cycles including off business hours and weekends, as required.
• Build strong relationships with BAP, Controllership and IT partners.
• Communicate impacts of system upgrades/updates to finance team members and end-users.
• Provide end-user support for functionality, processes, and troubleshooting along with training documents, training videos as well as training sessions.

**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as finance, technology, engineering, mathematics.
+ More than 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM administration and support (on-prem and cloud) with a primary focus on Essbase, Hyperion Planning, FDMEE and EDMCS.
+ Good understanding of ASO and BSO Application functionality and design considerations.
+ Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes.
+ Proficient in programming languages such as VBScript, Python, Batch and MAXL.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
+ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
