Job Description

This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are starting their career in finance and administration. The Data Entry Admin (Finance) is responsible for basic data entry, document handling, and administrative support to the finance team. Training will be provided.

This position is a 6-month contract role and may be renewed based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry – Key in invoices, receipts, expenses, and payment information into the system; update basic records and spreadsheets accurately; double-check data to ensure correctness before submission.
  • Finance Support – Assist the finance team with daily administrative tasks; help prepare simple lists, summaries, and supporting documents; follow instructions given by Senior Accountant.
