Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Reports and Data: Generate and maintain accurate and timely reports. Analyze data and ensure data entry accuracy. Maintain and update data records. Support the creation of various ad-hoc reports as required by management. Compile reports and presentations for management review. Conduct regular audits of data. Identify and rectify discrepancies. 2. Enhancements to systems: Recommend and track enhancements for specific software tools/databases. Develop processes and recommend process improvements. 3. Document Upkeep and Control: Organize and maintain the shared drive. 4. Email Management: Develop videos and training materials to support processes/improvements. Ensure proper document control and easy access to files. Manage document control processes. Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible. Handle and manage group email communications.
