Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily data entry tasks in operations team related to purchasing, supplier information, and inventory management.
- Accurately input and update supplier quotations, purchase orders, and inventory data into the system.
- Maintain and update supplier databases with relevant contact information, product details, and performance records.
- Ensure that all data entries are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with internal data management policies.
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions and follow-up on pending orders.
- Support the operations team in tracking orders, deliveries, and supplier performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support for any ad-hoc tasks within the operations team.
