Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Data Entry/Management to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive leads, engagement, and conversions. The role involves managing mailing lists, creating targeted campaigns, analyzing performance, and supporting lead generation initiatives, especially for B2B and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

·        Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, lead nurturing, newsletters, product updates)

·        Design and write engaging email content aligned with brand tone and business goals

·        Manage and segment email databases for targeted campaigns

·        Set up campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or similar

·        Monitor campaign performance: open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates

·        Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs

·        Ensure compliance with email regulations (opt-in, unsubscribe, GDPR/CAN-SPAM where applicable)

·        Coordinate with sales and export teams for lead follow-ups

·        Maintain email calendars and campaign schedules

·        Clean and update email lists regularly to improve deliverability

·        Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

·        1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing

·        Hands-on experience with email marketing tools

·        Strong written communication and copywriting skills

·        Basic understanding of HTML email formatting (added advantage)

·        Knowledge of lead generation

·        Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data

·        Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales funnels

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or export-oriented industries

·        Knowledge of LinkedIn lead nurturing & email automation

·        Exposure to SEO, content marketing, or marketing automation

·        Experience working with international clients or databases
