Data Entry Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

1.Accurately input data from PDF files into Excel spreadsheets for reporting.

Ensure all data entries, especially critical sequences like BL numbers and VIN numbers, are captured correctly.

2.Collaborate with the business analyst and the sales team to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

3.Organize and maintain data records for easy access and reference.

4.Assist with any other data-related tasks as required by the sales department.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

1.Proficient computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.

2.Two years relevant experience in data capturing or secretarial roles.

3.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy under tight deadlines.

4.Familiarity with handling PDF and image files for data extraction.
