The Role
We need a detail-oriented freelancer to help with three workstreams:
1. Data Cleanse & Entry
Clean and deduplicate existing spreadsheets of company and contact data across multiple sectors (thousands of records)
Standardise formatting: company names, addresses, contact details, sector tags
Flag duplicates, missing fields, and outdated information
Merge multiple spreadsheet sources into a single clean dataset
2. CRM Upload & Setup
Upload cleansed data into our new CRM
Set up appropriate tags, segments, and fields by sector/subsector
Ensure no duplicates on import
Basic CRM hygiene and workflow setup
3. Lead Generation
LinkedIn research to identify business owners, directors, and shareholders in target sectors
Enrich records with key data: owner age/tenure, company size, revenue where available, c...
