Job Description
Join our payroll team as a detail-oriented File Clerk / Data Entry Assistant for a temporary assignment lasting 1–3 months. This role involves supporting the payroll section of the finance team by organizing documents, entering data, and completing basic administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is dependable, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities

+ Organize, file, and maintain digital and physical financial documents.

+ Perform accurate data entry into Excel and internal databases.

+ Scan, upload, and label invoices, statements, and other financial records.

+ Assist with reconciling document batches and verifying data for accuracy.
